Therapist C

Kelle Huong Phan, DNP, RN, NNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) | Bilingual – English & Vietnamese

With over 20 years of nursing experience caring for patients across the lifespan—from neonatal and pediatric care to maternal and geriatric health—I bring a compassionate, holistic approach to mental health treatment. My clinical foundation is deeply rooted in maternal and neonatal care, which has shaped my strong passion for women’s mental health, wellness, and life-stage–specific support.

As a first-generation Vietnamese American and a fluent Vietnamese speaker, I have a deep understanding of the cultural values, generational expectations, and stigma that can make seeking mental health care challenging within the Vietnamese community. I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and culturally sensitive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported—particularly those who prefer to receive care in their native language or from a provider who shares their cultural background.

My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatric care with empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s lived experience. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships and empower clients to achieve emotional balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

If you are seeking compassionate mental health support and value working with a Vietnamese-speaking specialist who combines clinical expertise with cultural understanding, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
